The Clay Drop Loyalty Scheme
Hi! I’m super excited to introduce my brand new loyalty and rewards scheme. It's my way of saying thank you for supporting my shop while adding a little extra fun to your shopping experience! Here's everything you need to know:
How It Works
1. Gather your stickers
Every time you make a purchase, you’ll find a little loyalty sticker tucked inside your parcel. These really are small, so make sure you hang on to them!
2. Fill up your card
Each order comes with a thank you card that has a special space on the back to stick your loyalty stickers. Hold onto this card and add your stickers as you collect them. Please use the same card until it’s filled up, as stickers can't be split between multiple cards.
3. Snap a photo
Once you’ve collected all the stickers and your card is filled, write the date in the corner where it says "card complete, loyalty achieved" and snap a photo.
4. Send it my way
Email the photo to me at jess@theclaydrop.co.uk or DM it to me on Instagram @theclaydrop.
5. Unlock your reward!
I’ll send you a 10% discount code to use on your next order as a thank you! Just remember, the discount only applies to orders over £10.
FAQs
Q: How many stickers do I need to fill the card?
A: You’ll need 9 stickers to fill your card and earn a discount on your 10th order.
Q: What’s the discount?
A: Completing your card gets you 10% off your next order.
Q: Can I combine my loyalty discount with other offers?
A: The loyalty discount can't be combined with other promotions - unless I say otherwise!
Q: Are there any restrictions on the discount?
A: Some products might be excluded due to tight profit margins.
Q: What if I lose my loyalty card?
A: Unfortunately I can’t replace lost or damaged cards, so keep it safe and sound!
Q: How do I submit my completed card?
A: Just take a clear photo of your completed card with the date written on it, then send it over to jess@theclaydrop.co.uk or DM me on Instagram at @theclaydrop.
